Trick or Treat #2

Tonight we tried trick or treating downtown Newton

They had blocked off three blocks of downtown

and the different businesses were handing out candy

Holy Moly - there was a lot of people

London seemed to enjoy it

it wasn't scary for her

but I still think the best way is door to door in you neighborhood

If you are wondering - Keyton was dressed as a "model"

now that she has had practice

she is ready to go for tomorrow night

Preschool Trick or Treat

Today London's preschool class & the PreK class went trick or treating

They visited different areas of the nursing home to see "grandmas and grandpas"

Yes, she did make it 

A surprised visit with London's friend, Scarlett

Scarlett's brother and London are now in the same class

These two have been together in daycare since the beginning only 4 months apart 

The two classes together 

The fun of preschool activities begin

We are so glad to have her over at Asbury Park

London had a Minnie Mouse party

I had a fun time doing the invitations, decorations, and cupcake tower

 

        One excited girl about her birthday

Daddy took her to McDonald's for pancakes

When she woke up Russ told her she was 3 today

She said no, her birthday was on Monday

Once he took her downstairs to see all the decorations

bright eyed - she said "it's my birthday"

She sang Happy Birthday to herself all day

Yes, pink frosting does stain your hands!

I know why I am not a baker

London partied hard on her birthday

When I took her up to bed - she asked me to sing a song

Twinkle - I didn't even finish the song before she was asleep

Great party - thanks to family for being there and celebrating with us

Leaves, leaves and more leaves

Nana & Papa have come to visit this week

It was a beautiful fall afternoon

London and Nana disappeared outside

This is what I found them doing

Playing in the leaves is always so much fun

the crunching, watching them float down, being covered up

I think these two will sleep well tonight
