Understanding

I don't always understand my daughter, which I have learned is normal thing for a mother. When I pick her up from daycare - her routine is to come give me a hug, then go over to her coat and point for me to get it and then she will put it on. For some reason, last week she decided that she did not want to put her coat on. We struggled each day to get it on and then she fussed all the way out to the car. On this particular day, we struggled and cried to get the coat on and then we got home, she refused to take it OFF! I had it off and this is how she put it back on. She wore it for over an hour like this.
