Trick or Treat

We have a black cat

We have a giant pumpkin to carve

it's now time for trick or treating

We are happy to be in our costume - London did NOT want to put it on. I was really worried the last several weeks that she wouldn't even wear it for trick or treating. Once we were outside and saw the other neighborhood kids - I think she forgot that she was wearing it.

The neighborhood kids that went trick or treating - baby Gretchen is only 11 days old - she was born on London's birthday. We just happened to meet outside at the same time.

It didn't take London long to catch on. She was right up there with the older kids - wanting to go to every house.. Telling everyone trick or treat. She even trick/treated at her own house. Everyone time the door bell rang, she would jump up and run to the door to see her was there. Once they took some candy - she would help herself to some of our candy. We could not of asked for a more beautiful night for trick or treating.
